For all of them, there is the holiday resort De Zeezot!

De Zeezot opened its doors in March 2021. This holiday residence has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds. So, room for six people to sleep. There is a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen with everything you need: oven and microwave, halogen hobs, fridge with freezer compartiment, dishwasher, coffee machine, all cooking utensils, plates, cutlery, glasses. There is also wifi, digital television (including Netflix) and digital radio.  Your car and bike(s) can be parked in our underground garage. Two bikes are available for your trips around. There are also maps for walks and bike trips, tourist brochures, and our own guide for your stay, with manuals of the appliances inside, and tips for entertainment in the area. And in De Zeezot, above all... there is sea view!

Middelkerke is situated between Ostend and Nieuwpoort. The 'tram' takes you in twenty minutes from Ostend to the Epernayplein, where our residence is situated, and where the new casino is being built. If you forget to get off, it will take you another twenty minutes to get to Nieuwpoort. The strip municipality of Middelkerke itself, Ostend, Nieuwpoort, and the entire Belgian coast have a lot to offer throughout the year. Click on the links for the latest information. All this of course in addition to the simple but unsurpassed beach walk!

Holiday home De Zeezot is rented out per week, from Saturday 15h till Saturday 11h. The current rates are these:

Holiday season, july and august €900 € 1500

These prices include carefree accommodation, namely: final cleaning, and consumption of electricity, water, internet and the use of the private underground parking garage. We are also happy to provide bed linen (€7 per person), and two large and one small towel per person (€7 pp). The deposit is €200. For the reservation of a second or next consecutive week there is a 10% discount for the whole stay.
