We ask each tenant to respect these things:

• No matter how sweet, no pets are allowed without discussing this with us.
• Smoking is forbidden in all enclosed areas of the apartment and building. 
• No more than six people are allowed to stay in the flat at any time.
• The final cleaning is included in the total price. However, we kindly ask you to leave the accommodation in an orderly fashion upon your departure.
• We sort the waste as much as possible. There is a sorting room where you can dispose of residual waste, plastics, paper, glass and batteries.
• Something broken, damaged or lost? Let us know!
• The peace and quiet of the building must be respected. According to the 'Rules of Internal Order' (to be consulted at the main entrance), no disturbing noises are allowed after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
• The payment of the rent is done as follows: 50% of the total amount within two weeks after the confirmation of the reservation. Deposit of €200 + the remaining amount two weeks before the start of the rental period. 
• Cancellation terms: free of charge up to 2 months before the start of the rental period, 50% for a cancellation less than 2 months before the start of the rental period, and 100% for a cancellation less than 7 days before the start of the rental period.
• Some general terms are sent to you upon reservation. By paying the deposit, the tenant confirms his or her agreement to these rules and the above-mentioned house rules.
